AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MALL RIDGE ADDITION - SECTION 6, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Mary Julia Smith and Marjorie L. Dix, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West , in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows :
From the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
said Section * 4; thence N 850 57' 52" E, along the
Quarter Section Line, 1636.99 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING for this description; thence continuing N 850
57' 52" E, along the Quarter Section Line, 277 .90 feet
to the northwesterly corner of Mall Ridge Addition -
Section 5, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page
353, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence along the
boundary of said Mall Ridge Addition - Section 5, on
the following courses: S 420 16' 02" E, 420.85 feet;
thence S 540 57 ' 171" W, 156.48 feet; thence N 380 05'
53" W, 44 .74 feet; thence S 510 54 ' 07" W, 182 .97 feet;
thence N 430 30' 20" W, 65.82 feet; thence S 340 36'
16" W, 241.13 feet to the northeasterly corner of Mall
Ridge Addition - Section 4 , as per plat of record in
Plat Book 11, Page 245 , Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence leaving the boundary of Mall Ridge Addition -
Section 5, S 720 45' 58" W, along the northerly line of
Mall Ridge Addition - Section 4 , 471.33 feet to the
northwesterly corner thereof; thence N 420 05' 03" W,
336.49 feet; thence N 86° 43 ' 31" E, 241. 30 feet;
thence N 660 40 ' 03" E, 95. 36 feet; thence N 350 26'
55" E, 283 .08 feet; thence N 850 57' 52" E, 16.53 feet;
thence N 040 02 ' 081" W, 60.00 feet; thence N 850 57'
52" E, 89. 97 feet; thence easterly on a curve to the
right having a radius of 453.72 feet an arc distance of
10.00 feet; thence N 02 ° 46' 22" W, 150. 15 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 8.73 acres.

WHEREAS, it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Mall Ridge Addition - Section 6, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been
fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Mall Ridge Addition - Section 6,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat attached hereto
and made a part of this ordinance , is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to endorse aceptance of said plat hereon and to
certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

FINAL PLAT
RE: Request for approval of a final plat of Mall Ridge
Addition, Section 6, as submitted by Mary Julia Smith
and Marjorie L. Dix.
This plat lies north of West Truman Blvd. and west of Scott
Station Road. It is a continuation of the Mall Ridge development
and contains 18 single family lots. The 8.73 acre addition is in
an RS-2 , Single Family Zoning District.
The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat and the
requirements of the City Subdivision Regulations. The Jefferson
City Planning and Zoning Commission recommended on July 9, 1987
that this plat be approved.
