5. Public Hearing and Potential Vote - Southwind Plaza ANR: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a
public hearing to take testimony, discuss the following proposed project and vote on whether to
approve the.requested Development of Regional Impact Exemption:
Project: Southwind Plaza AN (CCC File No: 23018)
Project Applicants: BV Southwind, LLC
Project Location: 900 lyannough Rd (Rte. 132) & 65 Independence Drive, Barnstable, MA
Assessor's lig: Map 294 Block 4; Map 295 Block 15 Lots X01 & X02
Project Desq,ription: The Applicant proposes to divide a parcel of approximately 31.13 +/- acres
into 4 separate lots.
