ORDINANCE NO. 11,9112-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE STREETS CAPITAL PROJECTS
FUND AND BY INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES FROM LOCAL GRANTS FOR
THE WEST MAIN STREET PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Streets
Capital Projects Fund $90,000 for Account No. 32-99-512A West Main
Street Project.
Section 2. The Local Grant Revenue Account is hereby
amended by increasing the estimated revenues for Account No. 32-
00-338A by $90,000.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
