AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE STREETS CAPITAL PROJECTS
FUND AND BY DECREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE STORMWATER CAPITAL
PROJECTS FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Account No. 32-99-512BA West Main Street
Project appropriation is hereby increased by $75,000.
Section 2. Account No. 32-99-512BG Southridge Street
Project appropriation is hereby increased by $55,000.
Section 3. Account No. 32-00-392CC General Fund Subsidy
is hereby increased by $130,000.
Section 4. Account No. 33-99-502AH Bassman/Tower
/Woodclift appropriation is hereby decreased by $45,000.
Amik Section _ 5. Account No . 33 - 99 - 502AG Norte
Dame/Mississippi/California projects appropriation is hereby
decreased by $85,000.
Section 6. Account No. 33-00-392CC General Fund Subsidy
is hereby decreased by $130,000.
Section 7. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
