AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A . 746 ACRE TRACT AT 2815 SOUTH
TEN MILE DRIVE FROM RS-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO C-2 ,
GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-1, Single Family Residential, to C-2 , General Commercial:
Part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri , being more
particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of the southeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of said Section 10; thence N 020
31` 40" E along the Section Line, 1250.85 feet to the
south line of Missouri Boulevard; thence leaving the
Section Line and southwesterly along the south line of
said Missouri Boulevard and along the south line of
the South Ten Mile Drive Connection, said south lines
being defined in the plans of the Missouri State
Highway Department as per Project Nos . F-50-3( 4 ) and F-
50-3( 27 ) the following courses : N 86° 25 ' 46" W, 66.69
feet; S 850 08 ' 36" W, 126.88 feet; S 200 49' 40" W,
45. 12 feet; N 730 51 ' 16" W, 39.82 feet; on a curve to
the left having a radius of 697 .22 feet (Chord Bearing
= S 62° 00 ' 17" W, Chord = 219 . 20 feet ) , a distance of
220.12 feet; S 52° 57 ' 37" W, 230.31 feet to the point
of beginning for this description; thence continuing S
52° 57 ' 37" W along the south line of said South Ten
Mile Drive, 125.00 feet; thence leaving the south line
of said South Ten Mile Drive on a bearing of S 36° 40 '
39" E, 260.00 feet; thence N 520 57 ' 37" E, 125 .00
feet; thence N 36° 40' 39" W, 260.00 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing in all, 32 ,499 . 35 square feet

from and after its passage and approval.
