AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE STREET RESURFACING ACCOUNT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO HOBBS ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
$45,000 for Account No. 10-42-310 Street Resurfacing.
Section 2. The General Fund - Citizen Participation is hereby
increased by $45,000.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR
