AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING CERTAIN LOTS IN MALL RIDGE
ADDITION, SECTION TWO, FROM RS-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO
RA-2 , MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-1 , Single Family Residential, to RA-2 , Multiple Family
Residential:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line
of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of
the southwest quarter of Fractional Section 4 , Township
44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, and the southerly line of Lot 18,
Mall Ridge Addition, Section 2 , as recorded in Book 11 ,
Page 90, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 860
44 ' 25" W to the southwest corner of said Lot 18;
thence N 100 15 ' 35" W, 234 . 38 feet to the northwest
corner of said Lot 18 and the southerly right-of-way
line of Del Ray Avenue; thence northwesterly across Del
Ray Avenue to the southwest corner of Lot 19 of said
Mall Ridge Addition, Section 2 ; thence N 100 15 ' 35" W,
148. 37 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 37 of said
Mall Ridge Addition, Section 2 ; thence N 070 58' 19" W,
145 . 10 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 37 and
the southerly right-of-way line of Terra Bella Drive;
thence N 820 01 ' 41" E along said southerly right-of-
way line to its point of intersection with the west
line of the east one-half of the southwest quarter of
the southwest quarter of said Fractional Section 4 ;
thence southerly along said west line to the point of
beginning.

SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
