AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI REPEALING SUBPARAGRAPH
765 OF SUBSECTION 1 OF.SECTION 1.210 OF ORDINANCE.NO. 7344 REQUIRING
MOTOR VEHICLES TO STOP ON RUSSELL STREET BEFORE ENTERING ADAMS STREET
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subparagraph 765 of Subsection 1 of Section 1.210
of Ordinance No. 7344 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri requiring the
driver of a motor vehicle to stop on Russell Street before entering
Adams Street be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
