AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT #110, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
!i MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

! SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its in-
habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
j as Sewer District #110, with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 36
of Southwood Hills Addition to the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 4, Page
70, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence northeasterly
to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 36; thence
easterly along the northerly line of Lots 36, 37, 38
and 39 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 39; thence
southerly along the easterly line of Lot 39 to the
northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Bax Subdivision,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 13; thence
j easterly along the northerly line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4,
. Block 1, Bax Subdivision, to the northeasterly corner of
I) said Lot 4; thence continuing easterly along the extension
j easterly of the northerly line of the aforesaid Lot 4,
jj 268 feet, more or less; thence deflecting 94 053 ' to the
right, 245 feet, more or less ; thence deflecting 23 021 '
to the left, 98 feet, more or less, to a point on the
extension easterly of the southerly line of Block 2,
Bax Subdivision; thence westerly along the said easterly
extension of the southerly line of Block 2, and the
(i southerly line of Block 2 of Bax Subdivision, to the
southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Bax Subdivision; !
ji thence south 4 022 ' east, 30 feet; thence southwesterly
!' in a direct line to the southwest corner of Lot 44,
'! Southwood Hills Addition; thence northerly along the
westerly line of said Lot 44 to the northwesterly corner
!' thereof; thence easterly along the northerly line of
said Lot 44 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 44,
ji Southwood Hills Addition; thence northeasterly in a
direct line to the southwest corner of Lot 36, the point
of beginning of this description.
SECTION 2. All ordinance, or parts of ordinances, in
ii conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and take
