AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #110 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary
and other purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as

possible, in Sewer District #110, as established by Ordinance, a
' sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be constructed

without unnecessary delay.
SECTION 2. Line "A" of said sewer shall begin at Station
8+19.4 on the East Branch of Wears Creek trunk sewer; thence south
85 012 ' west, 700 feet; thence at an angle of 4 0061 to the left,
111.9 feet.
Line "B" of said sewer shall begin at Station 11+00.30 on
the East Branch of Wears Creek trunk sewer; thence westerly in
a direct line to a point on the easterly line of Lot 44, Southwood r
Hills Addition, that is 107 feet southerly of the northeasterly
corner of said Lot 44.

SECTION 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of glazed sewer
pipe having factory-fabricated jointed connections on vitrified
clay pipe conforming to ASTM specifications and the manufacturer's
recommendations and shall be constructed according to the plans of
the City' s Department of Public Works .

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect i
from and after its passage and approval. i
