PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
ERE AS, Block 4802, lot I applied for a tax exemption under the provisions for a
disabled veteran status in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4- 3.30et seq, and ,
the Tax Assessor has reviewed and approved the application effective
,and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the following taxes be cancelled
2021 $4,075.29 plus any additional taxes assessed for the balance of
2021 full tax year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as set
forth above and refund the overpayment in the amount of $2,054.44.
