N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
ND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEME T
ITH THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY RELATING TO THE
NSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SEWER LINE ON THE PREMISES
F THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
are authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the City with the
Missouri Pacific Railroad Company relating to the installation and maintenance
of a sewer line on the premises of the railroad company.
Section 2. Said agreement shall read in words and figures as follows:
