AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
THE EMPLOYMENT OF ARCHITECTS BY THE CITY TO DESIGN PUBLIC WORK
PROJECTS OR IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Jefferson, Missouri hereafter
shall not contract with any architect or architectural firm
for the design or planning of more than one single public
project or improvement at one time.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
