AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT.' #113, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,

MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District #113, and said sewer district to be established
with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 4, Section 1,
°c Greenberry Hills Subdivision in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, Page 47,
Cole County Recorder 's Office; thence northwesterly along
the westerly right-of-way line of Taylor Drive, 567 .8 feet
to the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of
Taylor Drive and the southerly right-of-way line of Payne
Drive; thence south 89 degrees 15 minutes west along the
southerly right-of-way line of Payne Drive, 163 feet;
thence south 0 degrees 45 minutes east, 313 feet; thence
north 89 degrees 15 minutes east, 13 feet; thence south
89 degrees 15 minutes west, 60 feet to the northwest
I corner of Lot 2 of said Greenberry Hills Subdivision;
thence southerly along the west line of Lots 2 and 4 of
said. Greenberry Hills Subdivision to the southwest corner
of said Lot 4; thence easterly along the southerly line
of said Lot 4, 150 feet to the point of beginning. ,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
