AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #113 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sewer District #113, as established by ordinance, a
sanitary sewer, and it . is ordered that the same be made and
constructed without unnecessary delay, and that the said district
sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at Station
9+17 .83, Trunk "A" of the Moreau River Sanitary Sewer.
SECTION 2. Said sewer shall be:
Beginning at Station 9+17 .83, Trunk "A" of the Moreau
River Sanitary Sewer; thence deflecting 89 degrees 00
minutes to the right from the forward tangent of said
Moreau River Sewer, 215 feet; thence deflecting 62 degrees
02 minutes to the left, 227 .77 feet; thence deflecting
33 degrees 27 minutes to the right, 163.49 feet.
SECTION 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
' as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts and
( classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall be
paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department of
Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
( from and after its passage and approval.
