AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SEE-MORE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
;- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tom C. Strong and Rubie D. Strong, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as:

A part of the northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 12, Township 44, Range 12, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the east
F , line of the aforesaid northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter with the north line of St. Mary' s Boulevard;
thence along the north line of St. Mary' s Boulevard on
the following courses and distances; N86°20 'W, 685 .13
feet; thence N84°36 'W, 118.34 feet; thence N790431W,
249.25 feet to the south line of U.S. Route 50; thence
along the south line of U.S. Route 50 the following
courses and distances; N82029'E, 110.42 feet; thence
N790111E, 366.88 feet; thence S83022 'E, 450.0 feet;
thence N850191E, 101.98 feet; thence S830221E, 18.4
feet to the east line of the aforesaid northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter; thence along said east line
S40021E, 137 .56 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings
are magnetic.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as See-More Subdivision, that all taxes
! have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of the ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
I� complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

; within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,

"t ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City
and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the
passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority
ff and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon
and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
