N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 7203 OF THE CITY, KNOWN AS THE PLUMBING CODE, BY REPEALING
SECTION 1.12 RELATING TO APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES, AND ENACTING A
NEW SECTION 1.12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7203 RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1.12 of Ordinance Number 7203 of the City,
known as the Plumbing Code, relating to applications for licenses,
-� e, and it is hereby repealed.

"^ Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new provision, relating
to plumbers' licenses, to be known as Section 1.12 of Ordinance
umber 7203, which shall read in words and figures as follows:
"Section 1.12. Applications for License; Contents; Fees.
Any person desir ng to apply tok alicense as a Master
Plumber or Journeyman Plumber shall make a written
application to the Board of Examiners for an examination.
The application shall contain the name, business name,
address and experience of the applicant, and the kind of
license requested, and shall be accompanied by the
` following fees: - - -
Examination fee - $ 40.00
Master Plumber License - $ 75.00
Plumber License - - - - $ 5.00
None of the fees required hereunder are returnable."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
