AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT #114, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
i Missouri., hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City to establish a sewer district to be known
as Sewer District #114, and said sewer district to be established
with location and boundaries as follows:
From the intersection of the westerly line of Lot 36
of Eureka Heights Subdivision, as per plat of record in
Plat Book 4, Page 56, Cole County Recorder's Office, and
the northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 50; thence
northwesterly along the easterly right-of-way line of South
Ten Mile Drive to the southerly line of Hogan Drive; thence
easterly along the southerly line of Hogan Drive to the
southerly extension of the west line of Lot 8 of said
Eureka Heights Subdivision; thence northeasterly along
the east line of said Lot 8 and the extension thereof,
200 feet; thence easterly parallel to the south line of
Lots 7 and 8 of said Eureka Heights Subdivision, 200 feet
to a point on the east line of said Lot 7; thence north-
easterly along the east line of said Lot 7, 150 feet to
the southerly right-of-way line of Country Club Drive;
thence easterly along the southerly right-of-way line of
Country Club Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 1 of
said Eureka Heights Subdivision; thence southerly along
the east line of said Lot 1, 141 feet, thence deflecting
{ 35 038' to the right, 166 feet; thence deflecting 18030'
! to the right, 284 feet; thence deflecting 46°12 ' to the
right, 481 feet; thence deflecting 69°35 ' to the right,
i 36 feet; thence deflecting 83 017 ' to the left, 147 Fret;
thence deflecting 14°05 ' to the right, 448 feet to the
east line of the west half of the northwest quarter of
Section 10, Township 44, Range 12; thence southerly along
the east line of the west half of the northwest quarter
of said Section 10 to the northerly right-of-way line of
U.S. Highway 50; thence westerly along the northerly right-
of-way line of U.S . Highway 50 to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
