AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #114 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for
sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sewer District #114, as established by ordinance, a
sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and
constructed without unnecessary delay, and that the said district
sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at Station
2+64.25, Lateral B-2, Subtrunk B, North Wears Creek Extension
Trunk Line Sewer.
SECTION 2. Said sewer shall be:
Line "A" of said sewer shall begin at manhole 368,
Station 2+64.25, Lateral B-2, Subtrunk B, North Wears
Creek Extension Trunk Line Sewer; thence deflecting
7 028' to the right, 165.46 feet; thence deflecting
38 005 ' to the right, 83 .64 feet; thence deflecting 43 038'
to the left, 252.22 feet to Station 5+01.32 of Line"A" ;
thence deflecting 18 056' to the right, 213.40 feet; thence
deflecting 40°16 ' to the right, 261.28 feet; thence de-
flecting 0 020 ' to the left, 292 feet; thence deflecting
3.1 045 ' to the right, 299 feet; thence deflecting 4 000' to
the left, 80.65 feet to Station 7+11.65 of Line "A" ; thence
continuing ahead on the same alignment, 100.35 feet; thence
deflecting 18 032 ' to the left, 87.65 feet.
Line "B" of said sewer shall begin at aforementioned
Station 5+01.32 of Line "A" ; thence deflecting 72 058' to
the right from the ahead tangent of Line "A" , 232 .13 feet;
thence deflecting 23 048' to the left, 192.87 feet; thence
deflecting 81 028 ' to the left, 129.96 feet; thence de-
flecting 76 045 ' to the right, 173.55 feet.
Line "C" of said sewer shall begin at the aforementioned
Station 7+11.65 of Line "A" ; thence deflecting 87 055 ' to
the left from the ahead tangent of Line "A", 118.20 feet;
thence deflecting 30 010 ' to the right, 156.80 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works . All crafts
and classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall

be paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Depart-
ment of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
