AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
PARAGRAPH (170) OF SECTION 10. 150 OF ARTICLE X OF ORDINANCE NUMBER
8025 OF THE CITY, CREATING A TWO HOUR PARKING ZONE ON PART OF THE
WEST HALF OF MARSHALL STREET BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND CAPITOL AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,'
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Clause. Paragraph (170) of Section 10.150
of Article X of Ordinance Number 8025 of the City, creating a two-
hour parking zone on the west half of Marshall Street north, and
within 105 feet of the north curb, of High Street, be, and it is
hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
