N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGULATING THE
OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE ROADWAYS OF THE CITY AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Right of Way. A person operating a motor vehicle
in a southerly direction on Westwood Drive shall yield the right of
ay to a vehicle being operated on Tower Drive which is entering or
approaching so closely to the intersection of said two streets as
to constitute an immediate hazard.

Section 2. Right of Way. A person operating a motor vehicle
n a westerly direction on Tower Drive shall yield the right of way
to a vehicle being operated in a northerly direction on Westwood
Drive which is entering or approaching so closely to the intersec-
tion of said two streets as to constitute an immediate hazard.
Section 3. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provi-
sions of the preceding sections of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
of more than $100.00 or be imprisoned in jail for not more than 90
lays, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
