ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HERITAGE HILL SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Don F. Walz, Norma June Walz, Joe Bill Black, Jr. ,
Louise B. Black, Howard H. Schaperkotter, Anna R. Schaperkotter,
Lyle V. McLaughlin, Josie K. McLaughlin, Richard P. Carroll,
Cumalene W. Carroll, James W. Schwerdtfeger and Bonnie L.
Schwerdtfeger, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more parti-
cularly described as:
A subdivision in Outlot #97 in Section 19, T44N,
R 11 W in Cole County, Missouri and being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
From the northwesterly corner of Outlot #97, thence
S 35` 14' W along the westerly line of Outlot #97, 1951 ;
to the southerly line of Leslie Boulevard; thence S55°
12 ' E, along the said southerly line, 474.601 , to the
easterly line of Roseview Drive, and the beginning of
this description; thence S 340 06 ' W, along the easterly
line of said Roseview Drive, 555.98 ' , to the northerly
line of Moreau Heights School Property; thence easterly
along the northerly line of the said school property;
698.431 , more or less to the northwesterly corner of
lot conveyed to William M. Gregory and wife, by Warranty
Deed of Record in Book 66, page 201, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence N 880 50' W, 25 feet; thence N 0 34' W,
303.5 feet, to the southerly line of said Leslie Boulevard;
thence westerly along the said southerly line, 346.02 feet;
thence continuing along, N550 121W, 39.14 feet, to the
beginning point of this description. Bearings are magnetic.
The numbers and dimensions of the lots, names, widths,
and location of the streets, and the locations and widths
of easements are as shown on the plat and are made a part
of this survey. Irons are located where indicated on the
plat.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Heritage Hill Subdivision, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled, "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of the ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Don F. Walz, Norma June Walz, Joe Bill
Black, Jr. , Louise B. Black, Howard H. Schaperkotter, Anna R.
Schaperkotter, Lyle V. McLaughlin, Jnsie K. McLaughlin, Richard
P. Carroll, Cumalene W. Carroll, Jailzoys W. Schwerdtfeger and
Bonnie L. Schwerdtfeger, known and referred to as Heritage Hill
Subdivision, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of
this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse- acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
