ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF PART OF LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Robert J. Major, Edith E. Major, Kieth W. Major,
and Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as:
A Re-Subdivision of Lot Nos. 46 thru 59 inclusive of
Lincoln Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 74 & 75, Cole County
Recorders Office, said Re-Subdivision being a part of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 44N, Range 11W,
and part of Outlot No. 72, Cole County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as a replat of part of Lincoln Subdivision,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully
complied with by the aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of the
li ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
® The plat of land of Robert J. Major, Edith E. Major, Kieth
W. Major and Gladys M. Major, known and referred to as a replat
of part of Lincoln Subdivision, lying, being and situate within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown
!� by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordi-
nance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the
1City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the
' City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage

hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri. i
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
