3) 3rd Precinct - The third precinct shall be bounded as

of Moreau Drive; thence southerly along the centerline

Section 19 and the Outlot lines to the Range line
dividing Ranges 11 and 12; thence southerly along the
Range line to the corporate city limits line; thence
along the corporate city limits line, by the shortest
route, to a point in the center of the Moreau River
that is 660 feet southerly of the northerly line of
Section 29, Township 44, Range 11; thence westerly and
parallel to the northerly line of Section 29 to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. Repeal Clause. Ordinance No. 7996 be, and the
same is hereby, repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage and approval.
