I RILL N0. l� � INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN: Hiesber?er Ordinance NO. sr a AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI REGULATING THE PARKING OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES AND RECREATIONAL MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE STREETS AND PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS IN THE CITY, PRESCRIBING A PRESUMPTION AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Parking prohibited. I Section 3. Misdemeanor. Any person parking a motor I vehicle as defined in Section 1 or Section 2 above in violation of either Section 1 or 2 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. I Section 4.
