AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, REPEALING
:ORDINANCE NUMBER 6924 OF THE CITY (being Section 191 of the
Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, ].956) '
ESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR OF THE CITY AND ENACTING A NEW
ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 6924 of the City (being Section
191 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, I
1956) , relating to the fiscal year of the City is, and it is
hereby, repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be
known as Section 191 of the Rc ised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, relating to the fiscal year of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, which new ordinance shall read in words and
figures as follows:
"Section 191. Fiscal Year - Officer 's Books to
conform thereto. The Fiscal Year of the City shall
commence on the first day of November in each year
and terminate on the thirty-first day of October of
the following year, and the books, accounts and
reports of the officers of the city shall be made
f to conform thereto."

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect on
June 30, 1969, from and after its passage and approval.
