AN ORDINANCE 09- �' OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
(i AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8011 OF THE CITY KNOWN AS THE
PLUMBING CODE, BY REPEALING SECTION 1.14 OF CHAPTER I
THEREOF RELATING TO THE QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS FOR
MASTER PLUMBERS LICENSES OR JOURNEYMAN PLUMBERS LICENSES
AND ENACTING A NEW PROVISION RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Rt2eal Clause. Section 1.14 of Chapter I
of Ordinance No. 8011 of the City, known as the Plumbing I

Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to the
qualifications of applicants for a Journeyman Plumbers
License and/or a Master Plumbers License is, and it is +f
hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new provision to

experience as a Journeyman Plumber. Applicants for
Journeyman Plumbers ' licenses shall give satisfactory
proof of three (3) years practical experience as an
apprentice plumber under the supervision of a Master
Plumber. . "
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effec
