AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE POLICE JUDGE, AND REPEALING SECTION 1 (3j OF ORDINANCE NO.
8026 OF THE CITY RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Police Judge Salary. The Police Judge shall
receive the sum of three hundred and eighty ($380.00) dollars per
month as salary for the performance of his official duties.
46 Section 2. Repeal Clause. Section 1 (3) of Ordinance No.
8026, fixing the salary of the Police Judge at two hundred and
eighty ($280.00) dollars per month and his expense account at
fifty ($50.00) dollars per month be, and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3 . Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval, as of
(April 15, 1969.
