� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
iAND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS-
INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NUMBER 58801 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECI-
FICALLY DESCRIBED LAND FROM DISTRICT "AA" SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
1CLASSIFICATION TO DISTRICT "F" HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
was petitioned in writing to rezone land from its present District
+ "AA" Single Family Residence Classification to a District "F" f
Highway Commercial Classification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council referred the petition to the City
Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration, study and
recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission, after

(hearing, study and consideration, by its report to the City Council
recommended that the land described hereinafter should be rezoned;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri„

by and through its City Clerk has caused a notice of hearing for

, the purpose of rezoning to be published three consecutive days in
la newspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson,
(Missouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen

` days preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council, whexei
jsuch notice of rezoning all interested parties were requested to
i
( appear before the City Council at the time and place specified
illitherein for the purpose of attending a public hearing and express-
!
fling their views in support of or in opposition to the recommenda-
tion of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
I� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
on the 17th day of March, 1969, conducted said hearing and heard
the views of all persons expressing an interest in the rezoning of
lithe land hereinafter described.
�iNOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF
!'JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as incorporated into Ordinance Number 5880, as amended, of said
city, is hereby changed, amended and modified to reflect the
rezoning of the following described property from District "AA"
Single Family Residence Classification to District "F" Highway
d! Commercial Classification, and the following described property is,
and it is hereby, rezoned accordingly:
"Part of the southeast quarter and southwest quarter of
Fractional Section 22, Township 44, Range 11, more
I particularly described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 19 of
Eastwood Acres, Section 1, as per plat of record in Plat
'. Book 6, Page 19, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
southerly along the westerly line of Lots 19 and 20 of
said subdivision and the extension of said westerly line
to the northerly right-of-way line of U.S.Route 50 and
63; thence southeasterly along said northerly right-of-
way line to the city limits line; thence northeasterly
along the city limits line approximately 300 feet;
f thence northwesterly to the intersection of the center-
line of Skyview Drive and the westerly right-of-way
i lime of City View Drive; thence westerly parallel to
and approximately 150 feet north of the centerline of
'j Sky View Drive to the northwesterly corner of Lot 2 of
i Section 1 of Eastwood Acres Subdivision; thence westerly
along the northerly line of said Lot 2 to the easterly
line of Eastwood Drive; thence southerly along the
i easterly line of Eastwood Drive to the extension easterly
of the northerly line of the aforementioned Lot 19,
Eastwood Acres Subdivision; thence westerly along said
extension and the northerly line of Lot 19 to the point
of beginning."
Section 2. 11iis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
1from and after its passage and approval.
