�'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
�I,AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ASS
INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NO. 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFI-
CALLY DESCRIBED LAND FROM DISTRICT "AA" SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(CLASSIFICATION TO DISTRICT "D" MULTIPLE DWELLING CLASSIFICATION. j
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
was petitioned in writing to rezone land hereinafter described from
its present District "AA" Single Family Residential. Classification

Ito District "D" Multiple Family Residence Classification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did refer said petition for rezoning
Ito the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration,

(hearing and recommendation and

WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission, after hear-
ling, study and consideration, did recommend to the City Council by
11its report that the land hereinafter described be rezoned as here-
inafter provided; and
i WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, }
1jby and through its City Clerk, has caused a notice of hearing for {

�jthe purpose of rezoning to be published three (3) consecutive days
in a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson, ,
±Missouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen
(15) days preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council,
wherein such notice of rezoning all interested parties were
requested to appear before the City Council at the time and place
] specified therein for the purpose of attending a public hearing
and expressing their views in support of or in opposition to the
recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Jefferson Missouri

on this 15th day of April, 1969, has conducted said hearing and
heard the views of all persons expressing an interest in the
rezoning of the land hereinafter described.
(NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, I

as incorporated into Or dinance Number 58809 as amended, of said

j�rezoning of the following described property from its present
j bDistrict "AA" Single Family Residential Classification to District

"D" Multiple Family Residential Classification, and the following
'�'.. I'described property is, and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
"Part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, in Jefferson City,
Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as
Ij follows:
"Beginning at the northeast corner of the northwest
u quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 13, Township
44, Range 12; thence south along the quarter quarter
i section line 475 feet; thence south 88 degrees west 225
i feet; thence southeasterly in a direct line to the
i southwest corner of a tract of land deeded to Our Savior 's
Lutheran Church, as shown of record in Book 166, page 158,
Cole County Recorder's Office, said southwest corner being
on the easterly line of Southwest Boulevard; thence
northerly along the easterly line of Southwest Boulevard
to the northerly line of the Southwest quarter of Section
j 13; thence easterly along the quarter section line to the
point of beginning.
