IIAND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI AS
: INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NUMBER 5880 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECI�-

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,

I1was petitioned in writing to rezone land from its present District I
"AA" Single Family Residence Classification to a District "D"

f iMultiple Residence Classification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council referred the petition to the City
�Planning and Zoning Commission for its zonsideration, study and
(recommendation; and

WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission, after hear-
ling, study and consideration, by its report to the City Council,

irecommended that th,. land described hereinafter should be rezoned;
and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Jefferson Missouri

Iby and through its City Clerk, has caused a notice of hearing, for
�,the purpose of rezoning, to be published three consecutive days in
i
Ala newspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson,
issouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen !
!aays preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council, wherein }
Duch notice of rezoning all interested parties were requested to

ppear before the City Council at the time and place specified
therein for the purpose of attending a public hearing and expressinj
pheir views in support of or in opposition to the recommendat�.on or i
the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
ll WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, i
i n this 15th day of April, 1969, conducted said hearing and heard f
he views of all persons expressing an interest in the rezoning of
he land hereinafter described. f
IOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as incorporated into Ordinance Number 5880, as amended, of said
city, is hereby changed, amended and modified to reflect the
(rezoning of the following described property from District: "AA"
Single Family Residence Classification to District "D" Multiple
Residence Classification, and the following described property is,
and it is hereby, rezoned accordingly:
"Part of the southwest quarter of Section 13, '.Township 44,
North,Range 12 west, in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
"From the southwest corner of said Section 13, thence
northerly along the westerly line of said. Section 13 a
distance of 442.67 feet; thence north 39 degrees, 52
minutes east a distance of 1076.38 feet to the westerly
{ boundary line of Southwest Boulevard, the point of
beginning of the description; thence northwesterly along
Southwest Boulevard 102.39 feet to the south line of Sun
Valley Drive; thence westerly along the south boundary
line of said Sun Valley Drive 120 feet; thence southerly
parallel with the westerly line of said quarter quarter
section 1.50 feet; thence easterly parallel with Sun Valley
Drive to the westerly boundary of Southwest Boulevard;
thence northwesterly along the westerly boundary of South-
west Boulevard to the point of beginning of this description."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
