WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,

;was petitioned in writing to rezone land hereinafter described from
Fits present District "AA" Single Family Residential Classification

Ito District "D" Multiple Dwelling Residence Classification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did refer said petition for rezoning11
Ito the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration, i
;hearing and recommendation; and
II WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission, after hear-
��ing, study and consideration did recommend to the City Council by
Tits report that the land hereinafter described be rezoned as here-
,linafter provided; and i
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,

`�by and through its City Clerk, has caused a notice of hearing for

!'the purpose of rezoning to be published three (3) consecutive days i

yin a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson,,
';Missouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen
111 (15) days preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council,
`'wherein such notice of rezoning all interested parties were I
Ire quested to appear before the City Council at the time and lace

specified therein for the purpose of attending a public hearing and
expressing their views in support of or in opposition to the recom-
Imendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, i
ion the 15th day of April, 1969, conducted said hearing and heard
the views of all persons expressing an interest in the rezoning of
I1the land hereinafter described. I
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF f
"JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The zoning map of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as incorporated into Ordinance Number 5880, as amended, of said

city, is hereby changed, amended and modified to reflect the
rezoning of the following described property from its present
District "AA" Single Family Residential Classification to District
"D" Multiple Dwelling Residential Classification , and the following
described property is, and it is hereby, rezoned accordingly:
't "Part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 44 . north, Range 12 west, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, and more

particularly described as follows:
tfir "From the northeast corner of the southwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of said Section 13, Township 44
a' north, Range 12 west-; thence south 0 degrees 21 minutes
west, and along the east line of said southwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of Section 13, 700 feet to the
beginnin point of this description; thence south 89
degrees 98 minutes west 250. 7 feet to the easterly line
of Southwest :boulevard; thence southerly along said
easterly line of Southwest Boulevard 333.35 feet; thence
north 89 degrees 12 minutes east 59.2 feet; thence north
1 degree 07 minutes west 111.8 feet; thence north 84
degrees 15 minutes east 124. 75 feet to the east line of
the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said
Section 13; thence north 0 degrees 21 minutes east
along said east line to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
