AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO INTERNATIONAL TELEMETER CORPORATION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A MICROWAVE TOWER.
WHEREAS, the request of International Telemeter Corporation
has been received, considered and hearings held on the request,
after giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880,
NOW THEREFORE,
. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That International Telemeter Corporation is
hereby granted a Special Permit to erect a microwave tower,
approximately two hundred and fifty (250) feet in heighth on the
following described property, located in Jefferson City, Missouri,
to-wit:
"Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 44,
Range 12, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
"From the southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 23; thence north along the Section line,
2079.5 links; thence west parallel. with the north line of
said Section, 187.6 feet, to the southerly right-of-way
line of Cole County Route C; thence southerly along said
right-of-way line, 233.4 feet, to the easterly right-of-way
line of a 60 foot private road; thence South 2 degrees 11
minutes east, along said right-of-way line, 246. 6 feet, to
the beginning point of this description; thence North 81
degrees 40 minutes east, 231.5 feet; thence South 5 degrees
05 minutes east, 190 feet; thence South 82 degrees west,
241.5 feet; thence North 2 degrees 11 minutes west, 190
feet, to the beginning point of this description.
"Containing 1 acre, more or less. "
Section 2. This ordnance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
