AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND OF THE CITY
FOR THE PAYMENT OF POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Genera
Revenue Fund of the City of Jefferson the sum of three thousand,
seven hundred thirty ($3,730.00) dollars for the payment of Police
Department personnel.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Genera
Revenue Fund of the City of Jefferson the sum of six hundred
seventy-eight ($678.00) dollars for the payment of Fire Department
personnel.
Section 3. The heads of the respective Departments
shall authorize said payments to the personnel in their respective
Departments, for overtime hours worked during the period of
April 27, 1969, to May 21, 1969, at the rate of four ($4.00)
dollars per hour.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in effect immediate)
upon its passage.
