AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above described area has. been considered for
rezoning, and a 'hea'ring held oh said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
4" WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have' been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE• CITY, COUNCIL OF. THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : .
Section 1. That the following described real property be

to "C" Multiple Dwelling
and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly,:
Property bounded by High Street on the north, Brooks
Street on the east, Berry Street on the west, and ,the .
public alley immediately south of High Street on the
south.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect •immediately
upon its passage and approval.
