AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
i SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION Ashley Street at Broadway Street
ZONING CHANGE- FROM "C!' TO "D"
WHEREAS, the above described area has- been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said .change, - after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with. �+

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
s' Section 1. That the following described real property be

and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Beginning' at the northeasterly corner of said Inlot No. 956; ;
thence southerly along the easterly line thereof, 118 feet
9 inches; thence westerly parallel with Ashley Street, 118 '
feet 9 inches; thence southerly parallel with Broadway
Street, 80 feet, to the southerly line of Inlot No. 955;
thence westerly along the southerly line thereof, 10 feet;
thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of said
Inlot No. 955, 198 feet 9 inches, to the northerly line
thereof; thence easterly along the northerly line of
Inlots Nos. 955 and 955, 128 feet 9 inches, to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
