AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after dice notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance - 5880 have been complied with.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE` CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be

to "C" Multiple Dwelling, with a Special Permit for fa

and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the said northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter; thence N82028'E, along the quarter
quarter Section line 1220.04 feet to the centerline of
South Ten Mile Drive; thence 1734047'W, along the centerline
of South Ten Mile Drive, 56.24 feet to theobe�3.nning point
of this description; thence continuing N34 47 GI, along said
centerline, 43.76 feet_; thence continuing along said center
line N53 017 'W 265.0 feet; thence S36 043 W 250.0 feet;
thence S530171E, 65.35 feet; thence N82028�E on a direct
line to the point of beginning. Bearings are Magnetic.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon -its- passage and approval.
