AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58802 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE" CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A" Single Famil'v
to "F10 Highway Commercial—
and the following described property .is. and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 24, and part of the nor^c.=heast quarter of the north-
east quarter of Section 23, all in Township 44 N, Range 12W,
in the County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
Beg nning at the northwest corner of said Section 24; thence
S88 14% along the Section Line, 861.09 feet; . thence S31
55'E, 200.21 feet to the northerly line of Missouri. State
Route C; thence southwesterly along said northerly line on
a curve to the left, having a radks of 1940.0 feet,- a
distance of 57.0 feet; thence S47 10 'W, along said northerly
line, 1491.40 feet; thence southwesterly along the northerly
line of Missouri State Route C. on a curve to the right,
having a radius of 543.69 feet, a distance of 68.12 feet;
thence N1041'E, 1297.06 feet to the Section Line; thence S880
