AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND OF THE CITY
FOR THE PAYMENT OF POLICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Revenue Fund of the City of Jefferson the sum of ninety-six
($96.00) dollars for the payment of Police Department personnel.
Section 2. The head of the Department shall authorize said
payment to the personnel for overtime hours worked during the
period of April 27, 1969, to May 21, 1.969, at the rate of four
($4.00) dollars per hour.
Section 3. This ordinance shall. be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
