AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE CITY, FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1.2 1969, TO OCTOBER 31, 1969,
AND APPROPRIATING MONEY IN THE CITY TREASURY T.0 PAY THE COST OF
OPERATING THE CITY GOVERNMENT DURING SAID PERIOD IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SAID BUDGET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Budget Adopted. A Budget for the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, is hereby adopted for the period July 1, 1969, to
October 31, 1969. A copy of said Budget is appended hereto and
made a part hereof, as fully as if set forth verbatim expressly
herein.
Section 2 . There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds in the City Treasury such moneys as are provided for in the
Budget of the City for the period July 1, 1969, to October 31,
1969, to defray the cost and expense of operating the City
Government during said period in accordance with said Budget.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect- and be in force
as of July 1, 1969, from and after its passage and approval.
