MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above descr':bed area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' CITY CO.-UNCIL OF THE CITY
