ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO JACK E. and WENDOLYN CEASE TO OPERATE A DAY
NURSERY.
WHEREAS, the request of Jack E. and Wendolyn Cease has been
received, considered and hearings held on the request, after
giving public notice in accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Jack E. and Wendolyn Cease are hereby
granted a Special Permit to operate a Day Nursery at property
located at the northwest corner of Myrtle Avenue and Swifts
Highway, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
