AN ORDIIANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT #97B, WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes, and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City to establish a sewer district to be known
as Sewer District #97B, and said sewer district to be established
with location and boundaries as follows :
From the intersection or the south right-of-way line
of West Main Street and the east right--of--way line of
Jaycee Drive; thence easterly along the south right-of-
way line of West Main Street, 125 feet; thence south
26 06 ' east, 45 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing south 26006 ' east, 137 .7 feet; thence north
72029' west, 57 .5 feet; thence south 5040 ' east, 492
feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of the
Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence easterly along said
Railroad right-of-way line, 753 .3 feet; thence north
20000' east, 200 feet; thence north 71005 ' west 520.7
feet; thence north 32007 ' east, 269.8 feet; thence south
64020 ' east, 216 feet; thence south 58042 ' east, 250
feet; thence north 20000 ' east, 200 feet to the south
right-of-way line of West Main Street; thence westerly
along the south right-of-way line of West Main Street,
761.85 feet; thence south 5 15 ' east, 24.5 feet; thence
south 82028 ' west to the point of begi.nn.i..ng.
Also from the intersection of the south right-of-
way line of Industrial Drive and the east right-of-way
line of Jaycee Drive; thence easterly along the south
right-of-way line of Industrial Drive 370.3 feet; thence
south 5040 ' east, 218.94 feet to the beginning point of
this description; thence continuing south 504:0 ' east,

north 5015 ' east along the east right-of-way line of
Jaycee Drive 219.91 feet; thence north 60011 ' east, 151.2 fe t;

way line of Industrial Drive; thence easterly along the
south right-of-way line of Industrial Drive, 1539.85
feet; thence south 21054 ' west 200 feet; thence westerly
parallel to the south right-of-way line of Industrial
Drive to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,

east, 392 feet to a point on north right-of-way line of
the Missouri. Pacific Railroad; thence easterly along the
north right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad,
642.3 feet; thence north 20000' east, 200 feet, thence
north 71005 ' west, 520.7 feet; thence north 32607' east,
269.8 feet; thence south 64020' east, 216 feet• thence
south 55035 ' east, 150.1 feet; thence south 70x00' east,
100 feet; thence north 20000 ' east, 190 .5 feet to a point
on the south right-of-way line of North Ten Mile Drive;
thence westerly along the south right-of-way line of North
Ten Mile Drive, 1,028 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
Also, beginning at a point on the southerly right-of-
way line of industrial Drive, which is 151.86 feet easterly
AM of the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of
Industrial Drive and the easterly right-of-way line of
Jaycee Drive; thence easterly along the southerly right-
of-way line of Industrial Drive, 1,427. 77 feet; thence
south 21054 ' west, 300 feet, thence north 62045 west,
675 feet; thence north 6:3023 ' west, 250 feet• thence north
57049' west, 131.98 feet; thence south 60011. west , 525. 79
feet to the east right-of-way line of Jaycee Drive; thence
north 5015' west, 219.91 feet along the east right-of-way
line of Jaycee Drive- thence north 60011' east, 231.82
feet; thence north 3649' west, 286.50 feet to the point
of beginning.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
