AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #97B WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and
other purposes, that there be constructed as soon as possible, in
Sewer District #97B, as established by ordinance, a sanitary sewer,

and it is ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary
delay.
Section 2. Line "A" of said sewer shall begin at MH 341,
Station 3+70 Forward on the Sub-trunk "A", North Wears Creek Trunk
Line Sewer; thence deflecting 65 degrees 03 minutes to the right
from the forward tangent of said Trunk Line Sewer, 427.33 feet to
Station 6+35. 68 Forward; thence deflecting 63 degrees 35 minutes to
the left, 286.52 feet-; thence deflecting 16 degrees 04 minutes to
the right, 162 .37 feet to Station 10+84 .57; thence deflecting 21
degrees 13 minutes to the Left, 209.43 feet; thence deflecting 40
degrees 22 minutes to the right, 246.85 feet to Station 15+40.85.
Line "B" of said sewer shall begin at the afore-
mentioned Station 6+35.68 Forward; thence deflecting 113 degrees
16 minutes to the right from the forward tangent, 900 feet.
Line "C" of said sewer shall begin at the afore-
mentioned Station 10+84.57; thence deflecting 110 degrees 50
minutes from the forward tangent to the right, 172.18 feet; thence
deflecting 16 degrees 40 minutes to the left, 211.17 feet.
Line "D" of said sewer shall begin at the afore-
mentioned Station 15+40.85; thence deflecting 96 degrees 27 minutes
to the left from the back tangent, 316.98 feet; thence deflecting
8 degrees 45 minutes to the right, 150.13 feet.
Line "E" of said sewer shall begin at the afore-
entioned Station 15+40.85; thence deflecting 83 degrees 33 minutes
to the right from the back tangent, 199.10 feet.
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts and
classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall be
paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department of
Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
