AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROPRIATING TO
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM ALL FUNDS
RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM INTERNATIONAL TELEMETER
CORPORATION BY VIRTUE OF THE LICENSE GRANTED IN ORDINANCE NO.7974
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS , the City of Jefferson has granted a License to
International Telemeter Corporation to operate a Community Antenna
Television System in the City of Jefferson; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said License the City of.
Jefferson has received payments of money and will continue to
receive payments of money from International Telemeter Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That said payments .received, and to be
received, from the International Telemeter Corporation, its
successors and assigns, shall be appropriated and placed in the
LocAl Government Employees Retirement System Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and approval and shall apply to all funds already received.
