AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, MODIFYING AND
,A14ENDING ORDINANCE 7970, RELATING TO THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR AND
LICENSES, FEES, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF ELECTRICIANS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
/ MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 7970, Section 2, by deleting
Paragraph 2 .3.
Section 2. Amend Ordinance 7970, Section 8, first paragraph,
by requiring applications for an examination or re-examination to
be accompanied by a fee of forty ($40.00) dollars .
Section 3. Amend Ordinance 7970, by eliminating Section 9
in its entirety.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
