AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO TH.E UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI EXTENSION COUNCIL
TO USE A PARKING LOT ON INDUSTRIAL DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the request of the University of Missouri
Extension Council has been received, considered, and hearings held
on the request, after giving public notice in accordance with
Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the University of Missouri Extension
Council is hereby granted a Special Permit to use land east from
Missouri Pacific Railroad, across from Industrial Avenue, for
parking by University of Missouri Extension Council personnel.
Section 2. This ordinance shah, be in effect- immediately
upon its passage and approval.
