AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 81770 THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON THAT
THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.130, Parking meters, 1, by
adding "(D) Parking Meter Zone "D"
(a) Jefferson Street north from Capitol Avenue on
the east and west sides.
(b) State Street, in the 100 block East, on the
north and south sides.
(c) State Street, in the 100 block West, on the
south side. "
Section 2. Amend Section 10.130, Section 6, by adding:
"(D) Parking meter s aces within parking meter Zone D may
be used ten (10� hours at a rate of two (2) hours for
five (.05) cents or ten (10) hours for twenty-five
(.25) cents."
Section 3. Effective Date. niis ordinance shall be in
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
