ORDINANCE NO. 92d
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE 7397 RELATING TO THE GASOLINE FUND, AND SECTION 2 OF
ORDINANCE 7819 RELATING TO THE CITY TRANSIT FUND, AND TRANSFERRING
THE REVENUE TO THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance 7397 is hereby repealed.
Section 2 . That Section 2 of Ordinance 7819 is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. All funds previously designated to be
deposited in the Gasoline Fund and the Transit Fund shall be
deposited to the General Revenue Fund and spent in accordance
with the approved Budget.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
