ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 7913 AND ORDINANCE 7921, RELATING TO THE NUMBER OF
PERSONNEL IN THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE NUMBER OF FIRE
CAPTAINS AND FIRE LIEUTENANTS IN THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 2 of Ordinance 7913 by
striking the words "thirty-eight" and inserting in lieu thereof
the words "forty-seven".
Section 2. Amend Section 2 of Ordinance 7921,
line 2 of Section 450, by striking the word "seven" and inserting
in lieu thereof the word "nine"; and in line 3 of Section 450, by
striking the word "six" and inserting in lieu thereof the word
"eight".
Section 3. This ordinance shall be to effect from
and after its passage and approval.
